是日行程,首先是到反斗城購買大仔在購物指南內看中的消防局玩具,然後細仔突然在場內看中鳳凰城太陽的籃球嚷著要買,結果在公平原則下我們也買了。之後提著一袋玩具,去了吃小籠包。隨即約了弟弟逛工展會,天寒地凍無端端吃了個乳酪雪糕。晚餐,以壽司作結。<br />

今日返夜,故早上時間多了,加上眼見體重已有明顯下降,膝蓋的負荷少了,決定送個仔上學後,跑個靚步。<br />

治療師話,有一個動作,可以測試兼治療小朋友的輕微歪頸問題,就是將小朋友條頸分別向左向右扭130度。陳姑娘仍然如在夢中,隨口問,130度?治療師答,係呀,大人就唔得,但小朋友肌肉柔軟,唔會有事。<br />

陳姑娘問,咁痛唔痛架?治療師話,痛唔痛我就唔知,但肯定唔會有事,不過可能有小朋友會緊張得滯喊左出來,其實好安全,不過我地多數建議家長唔好望住,費事緊張埋一份。咁,楊太你望唔望住丫?陳姑娘答,梗係望住啦。<br />

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #666666;">Convoy之所以這麼聽話,皆因愛太太,不想超儀擔心。Convoy說:「有日我個心口好痛,醫生驗出『三高』,體重嚴重超重,我知道好大件事,所以當老婆叫我減肥,我即刻一刀切,戒牛扒、啤酒及所有肥膩食物。」Convoy公開減肥餐單,每日早晚飲五色蔬果汁,為了戒糖,他連蜜糖都不加,苦澀照飲;他更吃嚴浩介紹的「十榖米」加橄欖油、熟芝麻和番茄,加上每天跑步及做帶氧運動,兩個月『輕鬆』減掉70磅,最重要是他沒有吃減肥藥,不會急速收水變人乾,也不影響內臟健康。</span><br />

其實,我不懂答。又或者咁講丫(呢句用來響前後唔啦間的情況下用來做轉折位真係正,戚其義好鍾意用架,之前我見過佢一集用左八九次,大家依家可以留意下天與地仲係咪咁),其實目標不就要訂個難做的才有意義嗎?<br />

例如我話,我希望聽日過得開心,咁虛無縹緲到就算實現左自己都唔知。又例如我話,我希望聽日令人開心,喂我控制唔到個喎。又例如我話,我希望聽日可以使少一蚊,嘩你唔好話一毫子丫笨。<br />

當然我可以歸咎於昨日風太大穿太薄玩太癲睡太少。但其實如無意外,應該係食唔夠。<br />

上午工作時,已經腳步浮浮頭暈暈,又想痾又作嘔。知情行家問,你面青口唇白喎,今朝食乜呀。我答,麥皮。行家哦一聲,露出一副唔怪之得表情,話,冇蛋白質喎。我問乜要架咩。只怪自己想減肥又不尋求專業協助,搞到一知半解。<br />

下午真係頂唔順,呆坐記者室等一隻未必出現的畸士,結果真的沒有,昏昏沉沉趕回家睡,黃昏時醒來,一探,37.9度。好狠辛苦。<br />

回想我讀書那些年,人雖肥,但仍保持每周跑步四五次每次至少跑四十五分鐘。哪會像這些年般步又唔跑水又唔游山又唔行波又唔打又唔踢剩係望咁慘烈。加上廿五歲後真係感覺到身體個新陳代謝謝晒,唔肥就假。<br />

其實多左兩個仔之後,情況是好轉了點,例如抱得仔多,手臂firm左,條腰有力左。不過運動僅此而已。今日情況算很好了,一家去了九龍城寨公園行下玩下咁就兩粒鐘,然後到我媽家,玩左一陣kinect sport 2,周身郁,好累。<br />

晚上,媽媽又肉又菜又湯。唔,放鬆一下吧。<br />

全套戲可以用一個字來形容:虎頭蛇尾。難得睇齣戲都搞成咁,這是否預示我的計劃也會爛尾呢?不知道,我只覺得邪。<br />

晚上在家弄了個雞絲沙律,買了幾件壽司,本應很瘦。但川仔唔生性,晚餐食剩好多蕃茄通粉,冇人食,唔留得,我又唔抵得頸,結果幫個仔捱義氣硬食。仍然離不開食二手飯的命運。咁搞法真係弊。<br />
